Can you explain me a little more on this Tifo?

Thanks mate, I thought this was an extrodinarily terrific tifo myself.
Well obviously, it symbolizes a mother giving birth to a bunch of screaming babies,
all pretty much your average hardcore FCZ fan :-)
The writing behind the doctors says "Born for FCZ" and the green sheet
of the bed might or might not stand for the lawn on a soccer field, or
at least that's what it looked like to me.
