Favourite tactic at the moment is a 4-4-2, sometimes a 4-4-1-1.
Favre likes an attacking game (over 80 goals last season), good passing and a cultured, technical style.

You could also say the tactic of favre is pretty similar to Wengers Arsenal tactic...Favre also went to London to learn of Wenger and is still going sometimes....so it's like pretty much short passes and over the wings....
